Allergies, Medical Conditions, Medication
Please advise your service provider of any allergies, medical conditions or medication at the start of your service to avoid any adverse interactions during servicing.

 

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, we send reminder emails and/or text messages to confirm and remind you of your appointment 24-72 hours  in advance of your visit.  Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

 

Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment we ask that you please allow 24 hours notice so we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.  Cancellations made without 24 hour advance notice will be assessed a No Show/Late Cancellation Fee of $40.00.


Children
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere it is important that children only be in the salon when they are having a service.  A salon is not a child safe environment.  For their safety, it is important that they be supervised at all times in the salon. 

 

Fees

Costs may be required at time of booking appointments.  All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. 

 

Late Arrival
Because we firmly believe in the value of all our customers' time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.  Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will be serviced, rescheduled or considered a late cancellation at the stylist's discretion.

 

Missed Appointments

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

 

Pricing Policy
All prices are " à la carte " (individually priced). All service prices listed are starting rates. Prices are based on time required, hair length, thickness of hair, and/or amount of product required to complete service. Prices may be subject to change.


Returned Checks

Any returned check will result in a $35.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

 

Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.
